(SERVES 4) Ingredients:
1.5 Kg Tender Chicken (Curry Cut)
Half a block of cooking butter
Tomato Puree - 2 tetra packs
Cream- 1 tblspn
Coriander leaves chopped- 150 gms
Chilli Chicken masala - 1.5 tblspn
Ginger Garlic Paste- 1 packet
Garlic cloves- 10
3 onions chopped
5 green chillis chopped
2 Tomatoes chopped
Turmeric powder- 1 tblspn
red chilli powder- 2 tspn
2 tblspn cooking refined oil
Marination-
marinate chicken with 1 tblspn sea salt, 1 tblspn turmeric powder, 1 tblspn red chilli powder, 1.5 spoon of soya sauce, 2 tspn vinegar and refrigerate wth cellophane sheet for 2 hrs for tendering at its best...
Method:
Heat the pan, put the half block of butter and fry the chicken pieces until it glows..
On another pan.. heat oil, put chopped tomatoes, green chilli and onion. put the chicken cooked in butter into it wth a dash of chilli flakes. Put chopped coriander leaves and stir fry for about 5 mins. add chicken masala and ginger garlic paste, and fry until it all mixes well. Put 2 tetra packs of tomato purees into it and stir. cover wth lid for about 5-10 mins. Keep checking the progress in between.
DONE!! fry the garlic cloves in 1 tspn oil wth mustard seeds and just spread it over the cooked chicken for garnish wth chopped coriander all over it a little... garnish wth a little cream..
